"Silent Hill" Haunted Attraction opening October 2nd

Arguably the scariest video game franchise ever, Konami’s “Silent Hill” is now being adapted into a haunted attraction, opening October 2nd in Brea, CA.

Dread Central broke the news that this new attraction comes from Jeff Schiefelbein, who created the very well received “Saw” attraction last year (this year, Universal has snatched up the rights to and is featuring “Saw” for Halloween Horror Nights). With over 7 games, spin off novels, a feature film, and other adaptations, Schiefelbein has plenty of creepy imagery and history to draw from about the supernatural town of Silent Hill.

“Silent Hill” will be paired alongside another maze called “Fear,” billed together as “Sinister Pointe.” Tickets for a single maze are $13, or $20 for both, and VIP “front of the line” passes are available.

Dates: October 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 17, 18, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31. Times: Fridays and Saturdays, 7pm – 12am, all other days 7pm-10pm.
