2012 Coffin Hunt #6 Clue: H13113

The fifth coffin in the 2012 Coffin Hunt is designed by Amy Voorhees Searles – above, it’s the one on the right, entitled, ” “The Man Who Could Cheat Death for a Respectable Period of Time”. If you don’t happen to nab this coffin, no worries – the companion coffin on the left, ““Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde and Go Seek,” will be placed on eBay very soon. Both are inspired by film icons who used a potion to get them into trouble, and fittingly, Amy has included some sort of liquid filled vial in each coffin.  See below for additional photos of the coffins and their contents.

In addition to this coffin, the finder of today’s coffin will receive a pair of tickets to the premiere of Silent Hill Revelation 3D next Wednesday, October 24th, at the Arclight Hollywood.

To claim these prizes, the winner needs to take a photo of themselves holding the coffin at the location.

For the four people who show up after, just take a photo of yourself at the location with your best frowny face and upload to HiddenLA… you need to be the first four to upload to get the passes.

As for today’s clue:

According to legend, piles of gold coins, silver, diamonds, and other treasures have been buried for over a century near where today’s coffin has materialized. While this location, a magnet for celebrities for nearly a century, is very well known, almost everyone who has gotten close to digging up this treasure has befallen a curse.

Tip: Keep an eye on CreepyLA and Hidden LA’s Facebook pages to know when the coffin has been nabbed, and for additional clues until the coffin is found.
