Tom Petty Memorial Vampire Walk

“And all the vampires, walking through the Valley,
Move west down Ventura Blvd.
And the bad boys are standing in the shadows,
And the good girls are home with broken hearts.
And I’m free falling.”
I know this seems weird. You don’t even really need to be a Tom Petty fan. Were we the Vampires we was referring to? It’s debatable, but I decided long ago, yes. And we have the opportunity to make a teeny tiny mark on Los Angeles history. If nothing else, come take a short walk through Sherman Oaks with friends. 🙂
Wear black and meet us on the steps in front of the Galleria (Sepulveda and Ventura). The walk will likely be short. Possible route–west on Moorpark Ave, south on Kester, then west on Ventura to circle back to the Galleria.
There are many options for dinner or snacky stuff at the Galleria when we are done, if anyone should feel peckish! <3 I will probably try to beg you all to sing together on video.
