While this blog is mostly about L.A. stuff, sometimes there’s Halloween goodness from elsewhere that we just have to share. Take this Halloween Safety Film made with the help of the Toms River, New Jersey police department in 1977. It’s hella creepy in a 1970s film strip sorta way.
