DESCRIPTION:It is in times of true hardship and despair that communities need to join together. Boney Island has been the escape that everyone has needed for the last 19 years\, and we especially needed it this year. The Polizzi Family and The Skeleton Crew are devastated to see Boney Island go\, and we know you are too. \nSo\, with the help of our community\, we would like to rally together in celebration of Boney Island and the amazing memories we have all created here on this neighborhood corner in Sherman Oaks. On OCTOBER 28TH FROM 6-10PM AT BONEY ISLAND\, we will be hosting an official Boney Island Rally. We feel that the City of Los Angeles should have stood by our side\, hand in hand\, in helping us keep this family-friendly tradition safe\, instead of charging us astronomical amounts to keep it safe. From a FREE home haunt\, raising up to $100\,000 seemed unjustifiable to the victims throughout the world who deserve that money more than we do right now. \nCome one\, come all – from the very young to the elderly – and feel free to wear your Halloween costume! \nWe hope you will join us\, as a community\, in sending Boney Island off. Stand with us in voicing our opinions on decisions our city is making that are affecting family and community events. Let’s show that we are stronger together than apart. \nThanks from the Skeleton Crew!
