DESCRIPTION:The Drunken Devil cordially invites you to join the coven at The Witches’ Ball: A Halloween Bacchanal. Inspired by psychedelic\, occult-based horror films of the 1960’s and 70’s\, this one-night-only party guarantees a hauntingly raucous evening unlike any in Los Angeles this season. \nRevel in an OPEN BAR presented by Stolen Spirits\, with specialty cocktails highlighting their alluring smoked rum\, as well as an array of wine\, beer\, and all manner of spirits; enjoy complimentary tarot card readings\, horror installations\, and performances from top Los Angeles talent. \nScarlette Fox\, returning to the Drunken Devil stage for the fourth time in a row\, will dazzle guests with burlesque and aerial acrobatics\, while The Rigomortettes\, a duo of dancers who perform with acid doom rock band OLD BLOOD\, will bring their phantasmagorical movement art to the event. In addition\, Bob Baker alum Matt Scott with his company Rasputin’s Marionettes\, will enchant audiences with darkly humorous marionette performances\, and Go-Go Amy\, of the Pretty Things Peepshow\, will entice the crowd with a series of decadent and dangerous vaudevillian acts. \nDJ Chris Bowen [Cub Scout\, Bears in Space] brings a blend of dark disco and techno to bewitch the dance floor. Disco coven Supreme and founder of Disco Dining Club\, Courtney Nichols\, hosts the evening rituals\, alongside the Drunken Devil himself. \nIn the spirit of arcane Witches’ Sabbath ceremonies\, the clandestine location of the event will be revealed only to ticket-holders the day of the show. Doors open at 9:00pm\, with performances from 10:30pm – 11:30pm\, with the party coming to a close at 2:00am. \nAs always\, the Devil invites you to dress to impress. Come dressed to the nines\, come in a costume (extravagant costumes are encouraged\, and while face paint and masquerade masks are allowed\, full face masks are not)\, or whatever you feel like dancing in. \nTickets are $60 and highly limited in number. No tickets will be sold at the door.
