Larchmont Fair Kid Costume Contest on Sunday

Since the LA Times everyone is bitching and moaning about how much they miss the times past when Halloween was primarily a kids’ holiday (you know, the McCarthy commie-hunting era,) take note: Larchmont’s 31st Annual Family Fair this Sunday will be getting into the Halloween swing of things with a costume contest for the kiddies. That means that if you are over thirteen years old you can’t enter the contest, no matter how juvenile your behavior, okay?

With international and American food booths, pony rides, a petting zoo, a moon bounce and the picturesque setting of Larchmont village, this is probably your last shot at the innocent side of the holiday before the debauchery takes hold over the next few days.

Sunday, Oct. 28th, noon to 5:00 PM; Larchmont Blvd. between Beverly and 1st St. Free.
