Sister LaToya has said that she has felt Michael’s presence, and that security guards have reported the sound of tap dancing coming from Michael’s room.
From Curbed:
The home was bought by Michael’s father, Joe Jackson, at the height of the Jackson 5’s popularity in 1971, and subsequently puchased by Michael himself during his solo career. That’s when the house underwent a full Jacksonification.
The house features a studio built by Jackson where he recorded songs for both Off the Wall and Thriller (like “Billie Jean” and “Beat It”) as well as a koi pond and six-foot-tall Snow White and the Seven Dwarves diorama. In addition to Jackson and his family, Bubbles the chimpanzee also called Encino his home for a brief period in the Eighties.
