Politically incorrect kid costumes are in bountiful supply at the 99 Cents Stores. Apparently, the boys get to be cops, builders and doctors while the girls get to be witches and devil hookers.
I’m guessing the politburo kid costumes will be in stock next week, but just for boys.

I took my 11-year old nephew to Target the other day in So. Cal. and down one aisle that had misc. sword, weapons and accessories, the tags where the stuff was hanging said “Boys Costume Accessories”. I said to my nephew and loudly “That is sexist, why doesn’t it just say “Costume Accessories”? And we proceeded to pick up some swords and have a play sword fight in the aisle. When I was growing up and even now, I would prefer scarey costumes. I don’t think the stores should put a label on them as to whether they are fit for a boy or a girl. The costume makers should also picture both boys and girls on the covers wearing the same costumes, that would be more correct!
Yeah! Its not like dressing in drag is exactly foreign to Halloween.
And it would be hilarious to see boys pictured dressed up as Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz… hee-hee.
