More in the vein of a kick-ass rock ‘n’ roll horror show than traditional theater, B4 I Wake is a mixed-media experimental take on Bram Stoker’s Dracula tale.
Directed by NY Fringe Festival founder and horror film luminary Ezra Buzzington, it appears headed for the same path taken by the legendary Taking the Jesus Pill, which ran several months at King King last year and was a Boschean night of rock, burleque and twisted fire-and-brimstone preaching. Here’s hoping they pull it off as successfully as Pill did.
